Privacy Policy
Jan Nemecek ("we," "us," or "our") respects the privacy of its users ("you" or "your"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected when you use our game.
Information Collection and Use
Our 2D game is developed using the Unity game engine. We may collect certain data automatically through Unity’s services, which can include:
- Device Information: Such as device identifiers, operating system, hardware configuration, and other technical details.
- Usage Data: Including gameplay data, interactions, and performance metrics.
We do not directly collect any personal data ourselves beyond what is automatically gathered by Unity.
Third-Party Services
We use Unity's services, including:
- Unity LevelPlay: Used to display ads in our game. Please refer to Unity’s privacy policy for more information on how they collect and process data related to ad delivery and performance.
- Unity In-App Purchases (IAP): Used for in-app purchases, such as the ability to remove ads.
These services may collect data in accordance with Unity’s privacy practices. We do not use any additional third-party services or SDKs that collect user data.
In-App Purchases
Our game includes an option to remove ads for approximately $1.99 USD via an in-app purchase. Any transactions related to this purchase are handled securely through the platform’s app store (Google Play or Apple App Store).
User Accounts
Our game does not require users to create accounts or log in.
Data Sharing
We do not share any data collected by Unity or other services with third parties. Any data collected is used solely according to Unity's privacy policies.
Ads
We display ads in our game using the Unity LevelPlay package. These ads may collect data to personalize the ad experience, such as device identifiers or usage patterns. You can choose to remove ads by making a one-time purchase within the game.
Data Security
We are committed to maintaining the security of our game to protect against unauthorized access or misuse. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
User Rights
Since we do not directly collect personal information, there are no specific user data rights applicable through our game. For details on how Unity handles your data, including how to exercise your data rights, please refer to the Unity Privacy Policy.
